Today’s video took me a while to create. It took me nearly 4 months to truely bring myself to make this video, where i only share things which have helped me tremendously,

Self care routine:- 1. Early wake up Hydrate , freshn up 2. Sunlight of morning 3. Exercise of morning 4. Walk 1-2 hours , Dance , yoga , surya namaskar 5. Nutrition rich diet / eat good food 6. Listen to skin / skin care routine 7. Spf 30 8. Read atleast 10 pages a day of self help books fictional or non fictional 9. Rosemary hair oil 10. Eyebrow hair growth rosemary oil or castor oil 11. Underarms neem lap 12. Rice water + rosemary 13. Develop a hobby( sports , arts) 14. Go out in nature , Go for a walk 15. Facial massage once or twice a month 16. Herbal tea 17. Boroline for hands
