That weekend will always be sketched on my memory. Traveling Down on the Friday after work staying at my mates mums house In Braintree having a few beers to ease the nerves . Being outside Wembley cans of lager in hand prior to kick off and a lad coming upto me saying “ hi sir” and giving him a high five. His dad said who’s that son? He said “ that’s my swimming teacher dad made me believe I was going to gain my 25 meter certificate yesterday and I did” the things you remember hey on what was a great day all round be you a United or Wednesday supporter.

I was just sitting I’m my seat with my mum and dad when Waddle scored that free kick,Can’t take anything away from that goal,Excellent.I don’t think I have ever seen a better goalkeeper display than Alan Kelly in this game,unbelievable.When the pigs sung it could have been 10-1 they were right.⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️UTB and to the Premier we go.
