What's not to love about Didzy? Great to have read he felt so supported at the time at Brighton. It really has been a special bond and all Blades will be cheering him on wherever he plays. Remember going to the preseason game at Bradford when Didsy was on trial. It was obvious from the start he was class and I just spent half the time questioning with my Dad why we hadn't just signed him then. One of my favourite Blades players of all time!!! OH DAVID MCGOLDRICK!!!

Sir David "Didzy" Mcgoldrick was one of my favourite Sheffield United players of all time especially with the celebrations he did when he would score a goal and the blades fans burst out into his song

Put him a similar bracket to Duffy, never realised Didzy was this good, both up there as my favourite Blades players in my last 45 years watching us. Great intelligence and awareness, it was like Didzy had eyes in the back of his head, not quick but had speed of thought, thought he had real class on the pitch and what makes Didzy special is he always gave 100%, brilliant attitude and has class off the pitch too, so will always be welcome at the Lane. Would love him to return to Bramall Lane, would be a weird hearing the Kop chanting the name in adoration of an opposition player.

Didzy is hands down my favourite player I've ever seen in person. So talented, if he had a touch more of an eye for goal would've been a champions League quality player. We were so lucky to have him. It's a good job he's humble and a bit introverted, because if he knew how good he is he'd be dangerous. Good luck at County next year. Hope you can be a Billy Sharp for them.

I was at the Ipswich FA Cup match cup game and at QPR. Eze looked class but Billy and Didzy saved the day. The Hull goal was special and I was there for that one. Stoke away was special because my lads were there.❤
