Sheikh Shuraim's last prayer at Masjid Al-Haram after 32 years!
He was appointed by King Fahd as Imam & Khateeb of Masjid Al Haram in the year 1412H/1991.
Sheikh Sa'ud Ash-Shuraim asked to be relieved of his position as the Imam & Khateeb of Masjid Al-Haram based on his personal desire. This was confirmed to us by people close to him and officials at Masjid Al-Haram privately.
