Sheila Chandra (born 14 March 1965) is a retired English pop singer of Indian descent. She is no longer able to perform, as the result of burning mouth syndrome, which she has had since 2010.

Those are spoken "bols". In the tradition you have to be able to sing all those notes before you can even touch the tabla. Kind of like the way you're required to be ignorant before you post.

I wondered what had happened to her after Ever so Lonely with Monsoon. Listening to a few tracks on KZbin I know why she vanished from the charts never to enter them again. Not known for brilliant lyrics is she! Just a couple of words said over and over again in the vast majority of them.

Sheila Chandra is far better than you can appreciate. If it is lyrics you crave, try her album "Out On My Own". For me, her "Quiet" series and a few tracks that seem to be related to it are preferable.
