Yes, I can help you. I have a smeller torso so I wear smalls and mediums depending on the type of top and how I want It to fit. I am a size 8 in pants but leggings I am a Medium/large because of my hips. I'm sorry if I confused you lol. In body con dresses and dresses with a lot of stretch, I typically get smalls because I want the to hug my body. The blue dress that I wore in this video has a whole lot of stretch to it.
