Beware of SHEIN they have started to play people. They lied and said I sent them back a defective item and that I could not get a refund and they are sending me the wig back. But won’t tell me what’s wrong with it.🙄

It happened to me too. My order was divided into 2 packages, one of them never delivered and the other came with 2 irrelevant items. 79 euros it coated me. For the 1st package they told me to ask my courier and neighbors. Although its impossible to accept the parcel without the pin code or sign. As for the second package with the wrongly received items they asked me to give them the barcodes! Yes they told to look on their site and find the barcodes my self! Not to mention that one of the items I had no Idea what it is. That was an unreasonable request. If they can't recognise the items from the unboxing video and check their records from the info about the seller that is on the envelope, then how would I? 3 days I was looking and finally I found the barcodes. I sent them and asked them now what? I get a refund, or u will re-send them? Their response was that I failed to provide proof of the barcodes and that I failed to provide proof that I didn't receive the other parcel. As a proof that this is a scam, the wrongly received items were sold as a 5 pieces set and a 3 pieces set but I magically received one of each! I also requested to kindly advise me of the correct department of complaints but as you might have guessed they never replied back. I contacted the bank and advised me to proceed with the doubt of the order the sooner the better bc it's a tactic they follow to earn time. I thought Shein is a legit site but the national bank of my country has 2 many complaints about cases like mine. Do you know if there is a payment way to secure our orders from Chinese sites? I lost almost 80 euros. But I could make peace with that. An apology might be enough. It's the cheating and the scum that makes me so angry.

Delivery overdue so I inquired, a couple days later I was notified it was finally delivered however it was not. They claim they delivered it on a Sunday afternoon, we were here all day and checked the front porch immediately upon notice but nothing there. The customer service page does not load, there is no way to contact them UPDATE: Fortunately I paid with Paypal and after a short investigation was able to get a refund
