I’m trying to understand stationary since I’m new to it. I saw they had washi tape with anime characters, glossy envelopes, wax stealing stamps, and stickers; lots & lots of it. I’m wondering what I can do with stickers and washi tape instead of journal.

Yes they have lots of supplies, it's great! Instead of journaling you could use them to make greetings cards (maybe some birthday cards for friends and family) you could also make some bookmarks, collages, prints or maybe even letters to friends/penpals - I've seen some beautifully decorated envelopes/letters on Instgram.
