Not the person in the video but it is necessary to aspirate the medication upside down and vertically so that it is easy to view that we are aspirating the right dose (ml) and then before injecting intramascularly aspirate a little bubble of air so that the bubble of air will push the medication out of the needle and it will help trap the medication in the muscular tissues. Hope this helps.
