Another interesting topic from your channel! It shows your excellent job as a teacher- detailed explanations, simple but concise and the tour wasn’t shaky and very exciting! Galing mo Ms Shek! I love that you even showed the customs around building it like the blessing of the land and giving gifts to all your neighbors that’s why when that typhoon blew your solar panels they even came and returned them. ❤️👍💋👌

Talagang hanga lang ako sa way of life ng mga Japanese, their discipline saka ung mga lugar nila. I hope someday kahit makabisita man lang kami ng husband ko and two kids happy na ko. Thank you Shek. Hi Shek, I have been watching your Vlogs! This one I find it very informative, since I have a connection in Japan. I mean please don't get me wrong all of your Vlogs are informative. My son was an International student in JIU and got his degree in that University way back 2017. He is now an English teacher in Japan and just got married to a wonderful Japanese girl whom my son met her in the same University they went to. Sadly to say I missed their wedding last month due to Covid-19, I had to cancel my trip. Been to Japan 4 times and I already met my daughter in law's parents two times. You guys live in the same city. Anyways, this Vlog it will walk you through how you can plan and build your house in Japan. I don't know yet where my son and daughter in law will settled down either in Canada or Japan. If they will live in Japan I can share your ideas to them. And of course my daughter in law's parents will help them too to start in their dream house, just like if they will come home to Canada for good I will be on my son's back too! Stay safe all of you! You're daughters are cute and well behave!

Hi Shek, This is out of topic sa video ito but your video on Dental Implant comment section was disabled. I’m here in the US but planning to have my dental procedures in the Phils. same as you because of …Costs. Questions- 1. How did you know what dental procedures to be done? Did you have yourself checked up in Japan before canvassing for dental prices from the Philippines? 2. Since you already did the price checking, it is possible to get the information on the dental office you went to? Salamat.

Those properties,l wonder for how many years to pay your mortgage...25years? 30years?
@delaneik62064 жыл бұрын
40years. My age limit mag loan ng house sa Japan ung age at the time of loan application should be over 20years old to between 65- 69 years old.so bale mga 75 or 80 years old mo bago makumpleto ang payment sa loan. Depende p yan sa minimum yearlt income mo. Kaya yang bahy na yan matagal nila bayaran, mas ok n din kesa sa umuupa
