Its garbage. Its Not like conventional UDDU layout flat planes. This has UDUD layout that gives it primary imbalance so ford had to put counterweights to get good primary balance which made the rotating assembly heavy which kills the entire point of the flat plane crank.....

@@genotsSnor takes a while to get there compared to UDDU cranks, which is what im talking about. UDUDs Higher crank inertia causes the revs to pick up slower. It doesnt effect the redline, it effects the time of getting there. Ford could have used the uddu as well but they didnt because they couldnt fit a 4-1 exhaust system with the cats they wanted to use so they had to use a retarded 4-3-1 header so that it fits in the stang engine bay and udud gave the best breathing characteristics with that garbage 4-3-1 header and they didnt care about higher rotating inertia that much for some unknown reason and they went with this udud and spammed ton of flat plane marketing when its actually the retarded kind of flat plane. Good thing the c8 z06 doesnt have this autism and instead has the conventional and much better uddu

That's the case with most American cars. A 6 speed manual is treated more like a 5 speed manual with an overdrive gear.

Love the GT350. Fastest I’ve been in one is about 160 racing a full bolt on 5.0, now that my dad’s got a Stage II ProCharger on it, should be a whole lot more fun, and a whole lot faster. Amazing sound, even better engine. Gotta love that 5.2 voodoo, curious to know what ours would do too end! Great video.

Not a big issue, who goes over 280 regularly? Just about no one, thats who. Top speed over 270-280 is a nice number, thats it.

@MarcTrump No, its not anything special at all, I agree. Though It was 277kmh as seen on the GPS. A tuned GTI can do it, but that is a bit besides the point. It will take longer to get to that speed, unless its got quite a lot of horsepower itself. Top speed over 250-260 is academic to almost everyone, thats why it really doesnt matter much. Its like stating which car is the fastest in reverse gear or which supercar can fit the heaviest load on its roof. Its just numbers on a paper, since almost no one will use it. Thats why this car "Only" doing 280-ish isnt a big deal, the intended customers dont care.
