Hindi ( properly spoken) is a phonetic and beautiful language, some form of the language has been in use between 5-6 thousand years. Claimed to be from Sanskrit. Urdu and Punjabi also are closely related with Hindi. There are many Hebrew and Aramaic words used in the language as well. Converdational Hindi is my 2nd language so I'm still polishing the grammer and practicing writing. I'm in my late 60's. My great grandparents were from Punjab India.
