Normally in a shell bunk they don't have a tata nano car's oil filter and Air filter they usually ask us to buy and come or they used 3rd party filters but they won't bill if they don't have our car's matching product means. Do you have all the proof that means we can contact shell via mail.

In Shell bunk, 5W 30, fully synthetic fuel save oil alone is MRP price 3800 rs, No discount. For this price in Honda it self I can complete full service at 6000 rs. One more interesting fact, in amazon they sell fully synthetic HX8 oil at 2100 only, but they will not have that at the bunk. It's a scam by staying that its not in stock.

Oil change panna they are re using old o rings and washers. They don't have OEM replacement If re used oil may leak in drain bolt
