what are the gems used for hidden power? and how can i get these

The gems are used to change the hidden power (if you use 30 ice gem = hp ice, 30 fire gem = hp fire and so on) and you can buy then from gtl or craft them yourself (idk how tho)

I typically buy them from the GTL. Gems could be used for a 1 time boost on your attack or changes the type of your Hidden Power :)
