Thanks, the trickiest part was getting off the seat frame with those white levers. One came off easy, the other- not. I chose some juicy swear words for the designers of the pram in those few minutes.

Thank you so much - v clear. I still have the problem with the stage where i try to recline the frame into the normal lying-down position.. it won't fix. As in, it doesn't click and stay in that position but just flopps back and forth. Have you, or anyone, has this problem? a million thanks

I haven’t had that issue? Is the lever working? / is the seat clicked into the sides? Might be good to contact bugaboo :)

@@ShellBellsChannel Cheers, yeah the lever seems to be working as far as I can figure. The seat is clicked into both sides. There might just be something broken in the suspension that makes the frame stay in either lying-down position for the bassinet or the position for the seat.. I've emailed bugaboo a video to see what they say.
