Shellharbour NSW Australia 2023

The seaway of Shellharbour is a relatively new development.
This video was taken in 2023.
And yes, to the purists, Shellharbour is correct, not the way I have spelt it as two words. But it is easier to read using two words.

Great video Chris, I haven’t been to Shellharbour for many years and back then it was quite rural, the big attraction was the blow hole at Kiama, now it looks very affluent with the yachts and lovely houses ❤

It sure is afluent and I would think you would need at least $1.5 to $2mil to get anything in there.
