Shellie, I can't say enough about this album. It's breath taking. Your ideas are amazing. I wanted to see this album because all the albums I have made, I haven't put that many photos in them. So, I decided to start putting photos in my albums and realized I had a lot of photos that were 8 x 10 when the kids were in school. And of family. So I was looking for an album to accommodate this. Of course mine won't be for a wedding but, the ideas are great.

Wow, you put so much time and effort into this…I’m sure they were both thrilled. Any updates? I’m creating an album for my besties’ son’s wedding. It won’t be anywhere near as detailed or elaborate as the one you created, but so far, still taking a lot of thought, effort, and gathering of supplies (all worth it, of course). I have studied bookbinding and [finally] feel confident enough to tackle such an ambitious project. I’m also making sure all materials are acid-free so the album (and photos) will last a very, very long time, with no worries of deteriorating in any way. I will be incorporating glassine sheets between the pages to protect the photos and photo corners will be used to attach each photo (I will incorporate a pocket at the back to hold them until they’re needed). My Mum’s beautiful old English wedding album was the inspiration, except hers has a built-in music box which I’d also love to add, but haven’t found the ones that can be used for this purpose, so not sure if that’s a realistic option. Thank you for sharing the album you lovingly and painstakingly created!

Hi. I did a tutorial called Stamperia House of Roses. I used the same design as in this wedding album (using the House of Roses paper). The wedding album paper was a mixture of wedding paper from paper packs I found at Michaels and Hobby Lobby I think. Can't remember the names of paper. The one with the foil I think was a Hobby Lobby pack and I wasn't happy with the quality as when I applied glue to the back of foil parts, you could see glue lumps through it so I had to use ALOT of scor tape in stead of glue on any paper with foil on it. Just an FYI. Hope that helps. Have fun making your wedding album for your son and DIL. Happy Crafting.

Helen Wegner I cant remember which brands I used. They weren’t ones I normally don’t work with. I’ll ask Jessica what they were as she has all the paper now. There is one I don’t recommend though because as soon as I put glue on it, the lines of glue could be seen through the other side , even though it was thicker paper. So I ended having to use score tape throughout which was costly.

Our store sells it, but if you live outside united states, it would be costly to ship just those items. If your white paper isn't as white as mine, I bet if you used what you had, you'd never know the difference when your album is done. It should look good against the colors of the paper I used.

Hi Shellie. I'm late by a few yrs but Congrats to your son, daughter in law and family. 💖 I've been watching your videos and made a few of your albums since you first started. I had to take a 2.5 yr hiatus because we moved out of state 6 mos after the country was shut down because of Covid. 😷 To say NEVER again is a understatement, especially at our age. Anyway, the Album is gorgeous! 😍 My husband and I have been married 25 yrs and don't have an album. We got half the proofs but nothing else because the photographer in CO took off with our $3700.00. I'd like to make an album but have never seen one I liked until now.. Would you consider making one for people like me, but not "exactly" like your son daughter in laws??? My niece is getting married in June and I'm making one of your other albums for her using white and accepting with a few of her colors. Thank you very much.
