this is my first engine test for horizon arena in forbidden west. last night ‪@Diverdjent‬ showed me his video • Horizon Forbidden West... . i couldn't sleep until i got it to work.
it still needs something.
An override mod that lasts forever?
spawning machines of different factions? (can it be done?)

You can use the smoke bomb to make conversion easier and armor tenakth tactician for unlimited time conversions.

doesnt the tenakth tactician also buff the overridden machine stats? U should use a override +2 weave instead

Sobek's Raiment or any +2 lasting override weave (for a total of L4) will make overrides permanent :)

Im always seeing new attacks. It also depends on how Aloy fights vs other people. I noticed a bunch of redeye watchers can kill a thunderjaw if he can't get close and stomp them,

very cool! I hope someone figures out how to spawn permanently overwritten machines. or you could try to give the machines this "rage" effect. There is this type of arrow that makes machines neutrally aggressive. That would also even the odds as to who wins

So far I've found just the mounts permanently overridden. And the rebel machines are also permanent. The sobeck outfit keeps the others overridden.

Can´t you overrider the shellsnapper from the start? With Paused AI it should not be alerted? Otherwise, smoke bomb or knocking to down should allow for that (can´t test, don´t have the override yet, and game keeps crashing :( ). Also Lasting Override is Infinite . The Weave is from the Tenakth Dragoon (+2) and Scalding spear sticher (+1). There is Food Scorpion Skewers and Mountain Caps for (+3) . Battleground Ideas: The actual Arena. The carja fortress ruin. The abandon Beach village (opposite of zenith base).

I added a weave to the sobeck robe. Override should last forever. I can't override while in paused AI. Smoke bombs work perfectly. Although i corrupted 5 saves and had to recover before i finished the cauldron, and lost shellsnapper override Now I've got to carry the power cell across the cauldron again

@@PirateTVProductions How corrupted were the saves ? Crashig on saving , be it quick, manual or autosave? That´s my problem, even without any mods. I notice in your video, you hade more pasued then AI processing, have you tried with just pausing AI Processing?

I think the machines have to be awake to go into override. The command doesn't come on. Also if aloys faction is neutral or "nature robots". They're already friendly. Now i want to learn if i can use robot team 1, team 2. If aloy is set to one of those can i switch between and have the robots be enemies? I lost a few auto saves and a manual. The most recent good save was a few days ago making Skiffs. I also finished the arena to get the autfits and weapons. I wonder if tenakth are always there to watch the fights.

Set your player faction to neutral. Then machines won’t attack you
