@@SammPlaysGames Considering what Eyeball said in one of the episodes in the original series (I think Bubbled but I can't be sure) about doing something like bringing back pink diamonds gem to even get your own pearl, you just need to do something the diamonds find worthy and a pearl would be created for you as a gift for your outstanding work. So most likely a lot of gems did extremely outstanding work that is thought to be higher than thousands of gems to deserve their pearls.

No because the other ruby and sapphire wouldn’t have as much of a bond as our garnet, therefore they would not look the same. This is best demonstrated in the episode where garnet tells Steven about the story behind them as we see that garnet is half red and half blue, showing that they haven’t gained as much of a bond as they do now. (Unless of course they have the same bond, which I doubt)
