My elder son left the UK for a new life in Australia 10 years ago, aged 21. He had no job, didn't know a soul and had nowhere to live. That wonderful country has been so so good to him. He now has a great job, beautiful home and gorgeous wife. He spends most of his working life in the remotest outback of Western Australia and just loves it. He took Australian Citizenship in 2018 and he was so proud & honoured to do so. I visited Perth and the south of WA in October 2022 to see him marry his beautiful lady, and the welcome we received was wonderful. Australia is a very special place indeed. This song sums up what he feels about his new homeland.
