@@shelterislandliving7673 Hopefully Shelter Island can stay Shelter Island and have some kind of protection from over building , maybe some Land Trusts ? I love the way it looks so peaceful and charming . Once overbuilding and grabbing up all that land and space happens a place loses a lot of its magic .
