A few words from the author: I dedicated this channel to the dark and dystopian side of ambient music. Here you will find such moods of ambient music as cinematic ambient music, dark ambient music, meditative ambient music, cyberpunk ambient music, sci-fi ambient music, futuristic ambient music. Most often in my compositions I use rain sounds, hypontic drones, deep soundscapes, and various synthesized sound effects. You can use my music as ambient music for sleep, ambient music for meditation, ambient music for reading, ambient music for studying and ambient music for work.

What was once a place of safety and refuge - a beacon of hope in a broken world - is now a dark and treacherous place. The Shelter, as it's commonly referred to as, is no longer a place of respite and safety. It is a place to be avoided at all costs, for there are things still seeking refuge within...things best left undisturbed.

Deep in the hills, an abandoned bunker whispered eerie secrets. Shadows danced on rusted walls, echoing ghostly footsteps. Locals claimed it was cursed, the air thick with the forgotten anguish of wartime whispers. Brave souls who ventured in vanished, Only echoes of their terrified screams returned from the abyss.

The atmosphere of the expulsion chamber was a stark contrast from the rest of the facility. The dull, institutional brown made it look old and dirty, like the grimy underside of a bench. Or, perhaps more like an inner city dumpster-a place where one could quickly and easily discard their unwanted, rejected waste and forget about it.

As soon as my team and I entered The Shelter we knew something was wrong. We could feel it. From the strange hieroglyphs on the doors we entered through earlier to the sudden malfunctioning of our radio equipment, I had a bad feeling this Shelter was not a place of safety and refuge.

This was a crazy good time. Pardon the silly. I am actually elated from The Shelter, and damn grateful. Today was frickin hard! Truly! But a necessary burden of 🖤. I needed to think somber. I truly appreciate these virtual shelters, these sounds of hope. The musical textures attempting to catch a feeling or more...a conjure, a capture. Caught. 🥅
