Please don't worry about how you speak, you say everything when you dance, all of you! And the music... wow! Bravissimi! Thank you!

Kenji’s portray of practitioner, monk, scholar and older brother is so impressive. The depiction of a character seems to reflect the dancer’s personality and spirit to some extent. Like Will using his gleaming eyes, Kenji communicates with audience via his contagious positivity and “purity”. The competition is very enjoyable to watch. Skills and creativities demonstrated by all participant dancers greatly inspire us audience. Will, you’re not only an excellent host, but also an amazing mind reader for Kenji! Thanks to Sam for..being here.. lol. Your honest sharing is also touching!

Kenji you may not be the most eloquent but it’s obvious you truly respect your art. You are completely a different person when you start talking about dancing and it’s really pleasant to hear you talk about it. Will and Sam you are great too and you have your own unique strength, just don’t make the gold/silver/bronze awards the only measurement of success. I hope you truly enjoy every moment when you dance :)

Really like this episode. The thing touches me most is Sam’s saying “you won’t feel good every day. So on the day you feel not good, can you still insist?”

I really like your videos. I watched the competition, it was excellent but with your video explaining everything, I understand the classical Chinese dance more. From your video, I can see that Classical Chinese dance is like a way of life: full of difficulties lots of fun, humility, hard work, determination, grace and beauty. Wow!! It's how a person should live his/her life. Again very inspiring video. And you guys don't worry too much about how you speak, an ounce of action is worth a ton of theory! Bravo!!

Please never be concerned about your communication skills! You are great at bringing us into your lives. Remember, the majority of us have not learned 2 (let alone more) languages. You have immense talent! Thank you so much.
原来在说跳舞的时候,你们都是很认真严肃的,尤其是SAM PU 和平时在视频里的活泼完全不同,很喜欢,好样的

You guys are wonderful. I enjoy listening to you. All of you are emotional, and are refreshing. Thank you all for being deep in your conversation. Not many people have the deep thoughts as you do. Your dancing brings a whole universe of expression , that we don’t have as non dancers. Appreciate your view of life, and the respect you have for your beautiful profession. I was honored to go to a Shun Yen performance. It was truly impactful, and most beautiful! Thank you for what you do!

Thank you guys for the awesome vlog into your past experiences participating in the competition! it's a shame I didn't get to watch you guys in your past performances, but this was a really great insight into your guys' thought processes and mentality whenever you guys dance, whether it be on stage or for the competition. Do more videos with special guest Kenji please! I love that guy! and Also Sam, William, Kenji, I am all about that passion and fire that you guys bring to the stage! I live and die for that stuff! Don't worry if you guys lack the physicality, just Sam's emotions and facial expressions at 15:13 is enough to get him that lead role in acting! xD

Even our "actually really good" Jisung was not in this episode, I can feel him there. As Kenji mentioned, he was instructed by Jisung to perform Yang Liulang, and actually every time Kenji got stuck and turned to the other direction, I believe Jisung was there giving some hints to Kenji remotely. :) Just joking, haha! I was really moved by Will and Sam when you guys shared you were weak on physicality. I can imagine how much extra efforts you need to put into the training, compared to others who are much better on athleticism, to make you excellent dancers now. I kind of can resonate with this as I was physically weak during my entire childhood. Very inspiring episode, hats off to all four of you (including hidden director Jisung ^_^)!

Thanks for sharing your experience guys. I wonder what dancers or specifically Chinese dance dancers can do after they can no longer perform those jumps on the stage. Is there a certain age that everyone starts to transition to other careers?
