I have had 3 knee surgeries and I have scoliosis. I had music going in the kitchen and my wife was like "You can't dance." That was my ultimate "Hold my beer moment." I was twirling her around the floor and everything. She was quite shocked.

Some country folk can get down but I went to watch my cousin play at a bar in PA surrounded by farmland. Watching those people made me think they were auditioning to be extras on The Walking Dead! LOL! God bless your parents!

I have left at least five comments on videos by black artists started out saying I am white boy, I grew up on this music. Barry white, teddy pendergrass, al green, chaka khan etc. and it shaped my life.) i have been criticized on each for saying I am white. Welcome to country music Paula... there are no barriers here. We are all lovers of music. I dont care if you are purple with blue polka dots... just glad you love the music!

I never really was interested in them back in the day. I liked waylon and Haggard or anything like that. I thought Shenandoah and little Texas were to modern and not country but these days what they call country makes that 90's crap sound good. Country ain't country no more!

The big guy playing Bubba and the redheaded girl playing fiddle both are very impressive dancers. This was one of the best videos of that era of Country.

"Bubba" is my Sig Ep brother from East Texas State, Mike Cole. He was big with Coca Cola and worked some events where Shenandoah played. Got to be friends and got in the video! Good dude.

Does anybody else remember dancing to this at Archie and Marlene's Nashville North? Best honkey tonk ever. And just outside of Chicago to boot. I was depressed for weeks when they closed down. Now I live in Kentucky and can't find a joint that can hold a candle to that place.
