I thought we were road warriors. But I think you and your mom have us beat during these summer road trip series. The edit and pacing is so good. 10 step trail is my type of hike. Congrats on getting the 48 States Mom! I’m always scared of bears on these trails. Nice rock scramble. These are amazing memories with your mom!

It was quite the trip. We packed in a lot, but so do you guys!! The trails here were fun, even though they were a little tough. They definitely do have black bears in Shenandoah, but we didn’t see any. I think maybe you’d see them more in the fall there when they’re packing in all the food they can for hibernation!
