Sorry to say not sure but at this time there was a direct service to Peterborough from Liverpool Street.

170s used to operate through services from Peterborough, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft........the fact that it’s 2 coupled together suggests it was probably a working from Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth that joined at Ipswich. The Lowestoft half used to run via the East Suffolk line to Ipswich, and the Great Yarmouth half went via Norwich.

Neither. They are Class 170s.
