Thanks for a good talk. It made me clearly understand what is plant immune response in a short time.

Succinctly and well explained! It almost goes without saying that work on plant pathology is vital, so thank you for your time!

The video was fascinating. It's great to know that Plant also have immune response like animals. I knew about H H Flor hypothesis but Effector triggered immunity and Pathogen triggered immunity is a really cool stuff. Hope that in future due to disease resistant plants, there be no need of fungicides and chemical control to manage plant diseases.

Great talk, though the part of three different immune systems took me quite a while to understand. Seems like those responses are for micro pathogens. Will plants also response to other competitor plants, like weeds?

A small Caterpillar eats only a small potion of leaves. While the big Caterpillar eats the entired leaves off the tree. We goes to the Supermarket/grocery store to buy meat and others food stuff we used to survive. The different parts of the immune system is quiet to understand, just how plants respond to other plants and their weeds. The tortoise cannot swim in water but they can flow in water and a tortoise survive two to three years with out food. 3/26/20
