I made all shawan signs but didn’t work if I try to talk with the girl nothing happens

I had no problem finding them all, it's just getting anything to happen when you make them. Any ideas?

Some chawan signs are story related & can only be used in one area. For story related ones, promenade, vendor avenue & bustling diner(maybe) are some locations where the chawan signs from story may work. In most locations there are secret chawan signs(are missable) that will give you rewards.

Done all 12 even backtracked to hear Ryo say "I Already Tried Here". Yikes.
