Shepherd's pie by kays cooking - an instant classic. A beautiful twist on a timeless classic - once again starting from a familiar and accessible point, after which her boundless creativity takes over and reframes what we thought we knew in a beautiful way. After watching this wonderful take on the popular dish, I have stopped making it how I used to and now only make it her way. This video was a turning point for me, as it was for many others. 3.5/10

By adding just the gravy granules to the mince you ended up with half of the mince with very little gravy, the rest was just gravy granules with a bit of mince, you would have been better off making some thick gravy and adding that to the mince.

Kay this is our family favourite, we love it and think you would too! It’s not very traditional, but it tastes great. Make Italians angry by calling it a Bolognese - Bolognese Ingredients 500g beef or pork mince (ideally 250g of each) One white onion 2 Celery Sticks - chopped into small pieces 120g Mushrooms - chopped into small 4 Rashers unsmoked bacon - chopped into smal pieces Packet Bolognese mix One Tin chopped tomatoes Olive Oil Method In a sauce pan, fry the onions until soft then add mince and cook until brown. In a frying pan, fry the bacon then add mushrooms and celery. When done, add the bacon, mushrooms and celery to the saucepan. Add the packet mix, tinned tomatoes and half a pint of cold water. Simmer gently for half an hour then serve with the pasta of your choice. Enjoy.

fridge, but i would recommend making your own, much cheaper and far more flavor. chuck a load of garlic cloves in a blender, add a little cooking oil, then decant into a jar and store in the fridge. 10 times better than shop bought lazy garlic, and less than half the price.
