Recipe for Shepherd's Pie
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
minced meat (mixture) - 1 kg.
onions - 4 heads
garlic - 6 cloves
empty- 1 stalk
peas - 300 gr.
oil - 50-60 ml.
mushrooms - 350 g.
carrots-4 pcs.
soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
tomatoes - 1 pc. (cut into small cubes)
paprika
pepper
Bay leaf

ABOUT POTATO MASH:
potatoes - 2 kg. (cooked)
fresh milk - 300 ml.
cow butter - 60-70 g.
salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Chop onions, leeks, garlic, carrots, tomatoes and mushrooms. In a saucepan, fry the minced meat until it becomes small lumps. Add the chopped vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and bay leaf. Stir well and let the dish simmer under a lid on low heat for about 30 minutes.
Peel and boil the potatoes. Heat the milk and butter, and add them to the boiled potatoes. Season with salt and mash until smooth.
Pour the prepared mixture with the minced meat and vegetables in a baking tray. Distribute evenly. Pour the mashed potatoes on top and smooth with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees without a fan for about 50-60 minutes.
