Wow, really very long queues for check in! Thanks for your video. This is my final 2 shortlist of hotels in Macau, but now I know that I should not choose this hotel!

I was amazed how long the lines were and it’s a big hotel. Lots of rooms but the front desk personnel do not have any sense of urgency to expedite the check in process to speed it up.

@@IslandHopperTVHotels Yes, they seem to have too few counters for their number of rooms. I hate queuing. Even though I will be staying for a week and their price is less than USD$140 per night on average, I still rather choose another hotel without any check in queue

Those lampposts are very ornate, Dragonfish? There's an array of pools, but no Lazy River experience there.

I waited there for three hours few weeks ago … arrived at 3 pm and check in time given to me on email was 3 pm but it was 6:16 pm when I got my room … more than three hours I waited … very bad experience and I was with my family with two kids and it was really really bad experience … when I send them the email on this issue , as usual , there was apology that’s it … my half day trip plan got affected and next day I left Macau … very bad experience
