Sherbet Dessert Recipe that Everyone Who Eats Will Fall in Love with 📌 Şekerpare Recipe

125 grams of margarine at room temperature
Half a glass of powdered sugar
3 tablespoons of semolina
1 egg
2.5 cups of flour
1 packet of vanilla
1 teaspoon wiping baking powder
1 tea glass of hazelnuts
For the sherbet:
2 cups of sugar
3 glasses of water
4-5 drops of lemon juice
We put the oil and powdered sugar in the mixing bowl and mix.
We add the egg and mix again.
By adding semolina, baking powder, vanilla and flour little by little, we obtain a dough as soft as an earlobe.
We tear off pieces of dough slightly larger than walnuts and roll them with our hands.
We flatten the surface very lightly and place one whole hazelnut in the middle.
We place it on a greased baking tray.
We bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until it turns golden brown.
For the sherbet, we put water and sugar in a deep pot and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
When it is almost reduced, we add lemon juice and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
We leave the cooked sherbet to cool.
We take the cooked sherbets out of the oven and pour the cold syrup over them using a ladle.
