Oh, Sheridan and co.: take a feckin' bow. This is wonderful. Instantly in at no.1 on my 2024 cover version award. Whoever produced and realised this video could give tutorials to the entire indie music cohort of the world. I'm waiting for the day that a stray song or lyric puts me in to total meltdown (day 49 on the roads - a couple more to go), but this one had little tears of joy welling in my eyes. And it gave me a resonance of another music video from a totally different genre and language. I'll tag it in on your Stalkbook, I mean, Facebook. Thank you! I'm pretty much a shell of a man late on a Sunday night in the agricultural belt of Eyre Peninsula, but this has lifted me up. What a great group of fun people and a lovely reimagining of an old standard. ❤
