Same hereee Rhianna Williams​ I find bashing a character just because they're a couple with one of the two characters you'd like to see together childish, immature and stupid. I was getting sick of people making fun of her death. A few innocent jokes are alright but some were getting too far.

Same here, the hate the writers and Amanda get is just unacceptable. Some people in the fandom are indeed 'lunatics' as Andrew Scott referred to them in one of his interviews, he meant it as a joke, of course, but some Johnlockers are just... Ughh. Too obsessed with their ship. I LOVE Johnlock but I don't hate on other pairings, the writers for not making them canon(I'm even surprised people thought they'd become canon, this isn't what the show is about, not to mention that it is based off of Arthur Conan Doyle's classics, they can't change something major like John and Sherlock's relationship) and Mary(Amanda). This is just ridiculous.

destructiveraider to be fair there was quite a bit of subtext in the ACD stories as well (ie. look up why gay men went to Turkish baths in Victorian England), so it's no wonder so many people thought that the writers might do canon Johnlock in the show. "television history" and such, ya know. Btw, love Mary as a character, but her redemption felt too forced for me, so i see her as a grey character at best still.
