SBrax Yup, the video has now been removed from the channel but you can still find versions on other channels. I’d also just like to say that out of all the people the yogscast have covered I was honestly really fucking surprised it was the village people who were the ones that finally did it.

Not when the parodies are for-profit, which Milkman definitely was. It's unfortunate, but the reason they didn't fight it because they knew they'd lose. So they took the initial profits and just accepted the take-down on KZbin / iTunes, etc. I don't think they were actually sued / taken to court. That would be quite the effort from the studio I doubt they would do that.

Eren Jaeger Fair use does not stop applying when profits are involved, that is actually specifically why fair use exists. Its tricky because you have to be able to definitively prove that you are parodying the work, which record labels and artists with enough money can make take a really long time and cost a fortune.

Having played this game a lot, I cannot stress enough the importance of the expert leads. A lot of time it's like, Holmes used 5 leads to solve the case, 2 of them were experts.

So the Russian count had his gem stolen, and he knew it was an "Englishman", so he believes the General stole it for his collection. He hired the Matins to find out if this was really true and to retrieve the gem if so. Pierre Matin was going to sell the info to the publisher and get double money, so the Count had him killed. Andre had a legitimate meeting time with the General but instead arrived early and pretended his visit was unrelated. The letter was legitimately from his French lover, but something made the General see through the ruse so he got down one of his swords and hid it until he was 100% certain the man was there to kill him. A French woman of "good family" could very easily be married to a count. I'm not sure of the year of this case though, which makes the marriage thing a little sketchy.
