Seriously I could not love this show more... Benedict Cumberbatch is absolutely amazing and the whole (sorry for stupid term here) bromance with Sherlock and Watson is great. I love the fact that the Sherlock character while a sociopath does indeed care about his best and only friend.

Sherlock is not a sociopath, he never was. It's stated by Steven Moffat. He would like people think he is one, but he isn't. Why should believe him. Noone can define himself. (Video: "They lie" from TJLC explained). A true sociopath is non-caring. He only pretend to care for other people, and he is not able to change his personality or learning from his mistakes because he never feel real regret or guilt for it.
