I never get tired of this video. Windsor is beautiful. And getting so close to the guards was amazing. I'll never get to go to England, Scotland or Wales where you and Sherpy went. So, I love these videos as much for the travel as to watch Sherpa. But, he was the one that drew me to your channel. I know Sherpy is no longer with us. But, it makes me smile watching him greet people every where he went. He was such a beautiful, gentle and well behaved boy. Pity King Charles didn't welcome Lord Sherpa to Windsor. That was an unexpected pleasure with the changing of the guard. But Sherpa was thinking "Fluff My Life, they can make all that noise and I get ssh'd. I'm a gorgeous fur-baby I should be allowed to be as noisy and embarrassing as I want!" Lovely wander. The pictures with Sherpa in the church were lovely. Especially the one by the pews. Then a drink of water, treatie and my fur blowing in the wind. What a perfect day! Thanks for sharing ❤💙

Yes, a wonderful longer version of your Windsors adventure. Sherpa couldn't believe his ears when you said 2.5 miles each way. OH Fluff he must have thought.😍☺ Phew, parking is really expensive in London. That's why the parking lot wasn't that full😅 Wow, so stunning that you timed the changing of the guard just right. "Dad, why am I sitting here on the street now"?😝 The changing of the guard is really interesting. Another wonderful video. The weather played along and the long walk was really great. Watching you and Sherpa pass by these ancient sites of such historical significance like where the Magna Carta was signed and Windsor Castle fills me with envy. As beautiful and great a country Canada is, being such a comparatively young country, we just don't have the history that England does. With all the attention Sherpa got, it makes you wonder whether the crowd was there to see the changing of the guards, or Sherpa! Lol P. S. Those swans were beautiful!

We do have a lot of history over here, dating back to the British Empire and so on. Where I live for example, has a few well-named people, such as Lady Jane Grey and Richard 3rd (even though he wasn't actually born in Leicester).

Here in the US, we call those seeds/nuts Buckeyes for the tree they come from. We also make a candy by taking Creamy Peanut Butter mixed with powered/confectioners' sugar rolled in a ball and then dipped in melted chocolate on a toothpick then let to stand and cool on waxed paper or baking parchment.

It was just off the Long Walk, in the Park, that my Springer Spaniel and I met the late Queen. She was driving back along that road, to the Palace, after riding and had to pass us, so we stood aside to let the vehicle pass, NO clue it was HM the Q driving! She wound her window down, thanked me, appraised my dog, calling him a "handsome fellow", which he was, then drove on toward the Castle! Happy memories from back in the early 90's!
