I didn’t know this was out there, but as soon as it popped up, I realized that one of my fondest dreams would be Sherry Darling as performed with the Asbury Jukes. I remember back in the golden days when Jersey was represented equally by the E Street Band and the Jukes. I’ve been far out of the loop for some years, but wondered recently if Southside Jonnny was still on the scene. I’ll have to look around for more, with or without Bruce!

They are going to be playing the Stone Pony for their 50th anniversary! Saturday, February 17th 2024. Of course that is if you wish to pay $734 per ticket. Seriously? For the Pony...General Admission no less. lol God I must be old. I remember NOT paying or rather just paying the cover charge to get to the bar.

July 4th, 2019. I was there. Bruce performed with my cousins, The Delevantes, and Garry Tallent. It was the first time he had been at the Stone Pony in eight years. Totally amazing.
