These guys are too funny! I love it!

Very, very close friends often "pick on" one another. Remember, these are performers. They play up reactions to *get* reactions from the audience. If Matt is the butt of jokes, it's because the three guys find it funny, not because any malice is involved. Rob and Rich have said they don't get cast for their looks; and they are on a show where the two leads (and Matt) are extremely attractive, tall, and very fit. They have fun with it. That's all.
