I was there and I was invited to her backroom at Nippon Budokan, Tokyo as a concert reporter! Great memories ❤

Just a gorgeous version of a haunting and beautiful song. I love everything about it, especially the slide playing off of her voice. Feel like something is being exorcised here. Far more than just a song. Textured, layered, and deep. Not just a collection of words and notes-something went on behind the moodiness and emotion evoked in this song. Don't know if Sheryl has ever been more beautiful, vulnerable, and delicate as she is in delivering this masterpiece. Love You, Girl.

I love this recording, such melancholy about it. The first part the audience is so quiet you think it's recorded at soundcheck. Then the guitar playing, Peter Stroud didn't get that many chances to shine but he really does here, and the chemistry between the his guitar and Sheryl. Beautiful.

Check out Sheryl Crow's performance at the Concert For Carolina, October 26, 2024. No, she doesn't play Home. It's worth the watch. Sheryl, you still got it girl! ❤🌀

Thanx for good sound. To me it's Best song for all of hers. This simply tells that she's a Real Artist. There's a kind of essential pathos in a happily life that an artist never can stay so long.

I couldn't begin to have a favorite Sheryl Crow song; she has about ten that touch the soul like so few others do. She is the best!

" I'd see the Riviera and slow dance underneath the stars, I'd like to see the sun come up in a stranger's arms.." Probably the most romantic notion I have ever read or heard and my life's sole ambition.

@play22frets I agree, I think Sheryl Crow has a lot of talent and can sing her songs live where they sound just good as the recording; Too often, I have heard a singer or band in concert and it's no where near the original song. She has a true talent as a singer, musician, and songwriter.

She was a music teacher, I didn’t know she was a waitress but when she auditioned for back up singer for Michael Jackson after her teaching job, and she got the job with Michael I wonder what her personal opinion was of Michael I don’t know that she knew him well enough because he was so guarded and reclusive, I would venture to say that Sheryl would say at least he was indeed guarded, well for instance look at the kind of lives they had no privacy whatsoever and then the more people that know of you seem to be addicted to having to know more take lady Di that’s all it took and it’s so weird that she was the only one that died but her heart was literally ripped from her chest that makes me start thinking about how OJ Simpson never paid for cutting literally cutting Nicole’s head off in fact I believe both of their heads were cut off he was’ always cheating on Nicole so why not just let her have her life he was a classic version of poster child for a book called “The Art Of Being The Domestic Violence Moster And How To Get Away With One of the Top Ten most GRUESOME WAYS TO MURDER YOUR EX!! I always felt Johnny Cochran should have had his head cut off for touching that case. He warned the Prosecutor, Cochran said in the bathroom “don’t put that white dude on the stand” that was his only warning ⚠️ to the main prosecutor which was because Johnny already knew that ”white Man” had used a racial slur” moving past the racial slurs which I’m getting so fed up with if I had a nickel for every despicable racist reference, beating, I could go on forever the bloodbaths the you name it and I’ve been through it crap yet I never 👎 stooped to that level probably because my grandmother wasn’t racist at all and neither was her sister nor my grandfather or my father my mother & her sister well mostly my Aunt she would say things but then not really mean it. She meant well but she was kind of the odd man out in the family. That’s not not too bad fir a huge family to basically not have anyone feel that a certain or even many races, my family was “you didn’t judge a person by color or race. My mom had other issues that were very hard to take and deal with but it wasn’t really anything to do with racism at all!
