Do you feel like getting out of your home gym and back in a public gym has helped you make gains or Vice verse?

Yes I do! While I could probably have made similar progress with upper body at home, access to some of the larger equipment was helpful! Leg day wouldn’t be the same at home - nor would the gains!

Yes! Fruits and veggies stored in sealed glass containers tend to last nearly twice as long !
