The point of wrapping it in paper towels is because you wet it and it keeps the burrito from drying out. I freeze them in parchment but cooking it in that was a poor substitute to paper towels. Its advised to do it this way because its all around better.

That's so great! My mom didn't do well teaching me to cook...she was too much of a perfectionist. I learned from friends and on my own as an adult. My daughter has been helping cook since she was 2. She is now 15, and can cook pretty much as well as me. Letting them "help" from a young age pays off! My daughter was actually more of a help than hindrance by about 7 or 8. I just made a batch of breakfast burritos. I used eggs, cheese, turkey sausage crumbles in the mix. Then when I assembled them, I added picante sauce and a bit more cheese. I wrapped mine in foil then put into the freezer. When i heated it, removed the foil, then wrapped the burrito in paper towels for about 2 minutes. They were delish. The extra cheese and picante sauce added moisture as they have a tendency to dry out.

Great idea to put a grocery bag in the garbage bowl so that you can just tie it up and throw away. This is what I call smart and lazy. Smart because you can easily throw it away and lazy because you don’t have to wash the bowl. Since I only have a refrigerator/freezer, I usually only put leftovers in the freezer, like Taco Soup and red gravy. Once I made a meat loaf and cooked half and put the other half in the freezer. I think I will make up a few crock pot bags. It’s just me and hubby and a separate freezer is no longer needed. When our children were home, we had an extra freezer. Now, we make due with the freezer in our refrigerator.

When I was 18 I was grocery shopping with her and convinced her to buy Ranch Dressing. She LOVED it, and for the rest of her life, that was the only salad dressing she would buy. I think she switched to whatever mayo was cheapest for sandwiches and potato salad. I buy Hellman's for mayo. Salad dressing, I usually make my own vinaigrettes, and I make my own coleslaw dressing using hellman's usually. We love caesar salad, but very rarely have it, so I just use a kit that comes with dressing.

Greetings from Australia. We make Savoury French Toast here In our egg mixture we put Italian herbs ground to a powder and a dash of Worcestershire Sauce and a little milk. Keep your Serian Wrap - We Call ours Cling Wrap in the fridge makes it much easier to handle. Ranch dressing mixture - we can't buy it here so this is the recipe i use:- 1/2 Cup Dry Buttermilk, 2 tbs Dried Parsley, 1 tsp Dried Chives 2 tsp Garlic Powder, 2 tbs Onion Powder, 1 tsp Dried Dill, 1 tsp Kosher Salt, 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper, Pinch Of Cayenne Pepper, Optional. To make pizzas I chop all the ingredients in the veggie chopper e.g capsicum, red onion, mushroom, deseeded tomatoe, green shallots, fetta cheese baby spinach, sweet cherry tomatoes, diced chicken, oregano, mozzarella cheese and home made pizza sauce on split hotdog rolls that has been toasted. And yes Australians spell word differently and call fruit and veggie by different names. And in reply to those who are condemning the use of plastic. I was raised to be polite and use my manners you don't have the right to condemn any one for what the do or do not use or live their life. It is not polite to make the comments condemning some else. Have a happy day.

I just watched a previous video of yours and you had the hiccups - if you eat a spoonful of peanut butter, it gets rid of them right away. It has never failed. I hope you see this and it helps! :)

We like barbecue sauce and mayo, equal amounts of each, stirred together and spread on sandwiches. I didnt know you could freeze sandwiches with mayo on them. Thanks for the tip!

in the fall, sometimes we add some of the canned pumpkin goo to the French toast egg mix for a treat. We've also added the same pumpkin goo to pancake batter and the kids love it. (just have to be careful how much I put in....)

@@kristic4472 pumpkin pancakes are a staple in our house. Even the dog used to like them before he had to be put down.

I'm from France and I love to pick some idea in your videos. Right now, in my freezer I've got some banana muffins and blueberries muffins but also zucchini&goat cheese muffins and sweet pepper&feta cheese muffins... :D
