Finishing the back does make it look more professional. Good idea to mount the hanger on the board on the wood. That's a good idea. I haven't ever seen that with any Creator.

I’d love all of your shutters you have such great designs! Did you know that on the back with your craft paper if you spritz it a little bit from a spray bottle with just water don’t get it real wet but just damp when it dries it shrinks and it takes out all of the extra space.
