I would like to know how old the wood is they use in the houses. It looks very very old. And repurposed in some cases But in the house every thing is wood I bet some of that woodwork is over 700 years or more Generation after generation ect

Yes. Some of the artifacts in the monasteries are well over 700 years old. Some houses there are pretty old too

I woukd love to hike in the mtns of tibet to treck across the country side is not easy at all and the lack of oxygen is suffocating in the high altitude very strenuous up hill Im 50 now will i ever make it there ??? I still dream about it It is much safer to travel there now than in the past from time to time

It takes a little of practice and exercise to stay fit to be able to do this. But it is definitely doable by anyone with the right preparation 💚

PLEASE DO NOT take unnecessary risk for a photo !!! To many KZbinrs die from falling because they were simply getting a better photo. Its not worth it. Your life is not worth it The video will be perfect anyway but stay away from dangerous areas. And getting right up to sitt at the edge of the river or cliff is just irresponsible and unintentional accidents happen
