This winter scene is absolutely stunning! The way you captured the snowy vibes with oil pastels is pure magic! ❄✨❤

HI I love your art. U are a inspiration for me and my art., I have one question though. How the world can you draw or use a the black pencil to draw over the oil. when I try this with a black pencil, somehow nothing happens. it's as if the colour can't stick to the oil. do you have an extra soft pencil, or do you let the oil dry for some time before you draw over it with a pencil? or spray over the work before you draw with a pencil.

I just draw over the Oil Pastels using a regular color pencil. It definitely removes the pigment from the surface and since the paper is oily with the pastels the color appears more pigmented. I hope its helpful and makes sense.

@@ShezART1 Same issue here, i was trying to follow one tutorial of yours (love watching them btw), but at the black pencil part, despite me going and going, it never had the result yours have. I've used a black Derwent chromaflow, highly pigmented. Maybe should I try with an oil based pencil next time?
