Looks great! This is pretty close to what I did to my AL Kill Team, although I shaded with black and just used Contrast Terradon Turquoise. Like you said though, there are a LOT of ways to do it. Before Contrast paints I used successive layers of blue and green GW washes; it took a lot longer 😅

What cape and uniform color would you recommend? I'm making scouts in Alpha Legion scheme.

Really depends on the blue your are using for the armor. I go for beige most of the time but grey or black will work too for camo.

It's an Incursor with custom made breastplate, Havoc Backpack, Liberdaemonica shoulder, vbits studios head and some random chains and bitz 🤗
