I am wanting to get a silicone baby from babyclon and I find alot of American people are saying they are scammers that machines make the dolls, but I have seen them painting them and rooting their hair

Congratulations! Yes. The process seemed great to me. I do not have one, but while doing my research, I spoke with customer service. They were prompt, nice, and ready to answer any question. I also loved how detailed you could make your doll.

Another thing about Babyclon is that they have robotic babies for sale. They are so cool! They move arms and legs, blink and move their eyes and suck a paci.

The ones are talking shit about babyclon all it is lies you can resell them and they leve it to you on payment if you can’t afford paying it right away they have their own ideas on making their models, there is no other silicon artist that leave you get one on payments which I thinks is very important.

A lot of people have bad opinions on Babyclon , but not one have stopped to ask themselves if when they made a mistake And both apologized AND changed their ways - how they’d want to be given grace /mercy/forgiveness. That’s what is happening here. YEARS ago, 1 babyclon member made a huge mistake, but she apologized and absolutely has NOT made the mistake again & most people won’t let it go. As if they’re so perfect 🙄 I believe in the grace and mercy you show others (or don’t) will be what you receive yourself . So, that said - I’m buying from them in October ❤

Great topic sis! I personally think it's up to any individual how they spend their own money. I know I was told they copied some doll parts in the past before they knew what the community was all about. As far as I know, there was an incident in the past but hasn't been one since with Babyclon. My question is, how long are people going to stay "big mad" at them? Especially if a company makes great efforts to show they made a mistake, they're no longer commiting the wrong action, and showing their progress from start to finish. But I do know that doll shows will not allow people to bring babyclon dolls. They will ban the Dolls and their owners or so I've been told. There's also countless Facebook groups who will not allow you to share a babyclon doll. Hugs and love to you! 💜💜💜

Some people still are mad at the company and won’t allow babies at some dolly shows. It’s true. I know someone whom they told her as long as she had a Babyclon baby she would not be accepted in the group so she sold her baby. Later on she said how much she deeply regretted that decision and that she should never have let them force her to sell her baby. last I knew the company was thinking of creating their own annual Doll show here in the United States. There are also groups for these dolls specifically where you can get involved and share your baby without anyone saying anything negative to you. I think some people still hold a grudge against the company because it has come a long way despite their mistake in the beginning. They corrected the wrong and have become very successful on their own merits whereas some sculptors just remain the same and haven’t moved forward. I think if they stop hating, they will be blessed richly in their own work. I think people that hold grudges like that are not the kind of people I would want to be associated with anyways. If you are one that feels you have to belong in order to feel good I guess that would mean a lot but for many people that I know, they would rather have the babies that they want and be happy then to be worried about being in a group their not accepted because of their choices of what baby they want to purchase. My best to you and your decisions. May you be very happy with whatever baby you choose.

As a Brit living in Italy, I think I have to say that I see some bias in the US against non US doll makers . I have not used Babyclon but my Violet-Rose is a Spanish doll and is stunning and was breathtakingly cheap! Go ahead!

Yeah but ivita still uses stolen kits. Most reborn groups and even doll shows dont allow ivita and babyclon dolls.

I found myself in your same situation when looking to purchase my first silicone. I didn’t choose babyclon because the resale difficulty & reviews on quality. I would suggest widening your search 🔦 which trust me can be hard. These dolls are expensive 😩. I watched Ms. Serenity’s video & agree with her. I realize this video is a year old and I don’t know what you finally decided, but I’m subscribed to a channel called Ma and Pa Silicone. They’ve had several dolls from Babyclon and said they’ve had issues with the dolls each time.

I'm not sure about the stealing of sculpts but I did hear that the silicone babies that make didn't last long but of course that was a few years ago when I first got into the hobby haven't heard anything since then would love to get an updated answer so if you find out anything more please do share as I'm sure their may be other collectors who are interested in knowing. I looked at their avatar at one point, but I still couldn't afford it. Still looking for one that fits my budget. The doll look gorgeous tho and I know they have changed as a company for the better. I haven't really seen the ivita babies that are stolen sculpts, just babydoll looking dolls. I'm not sure about the truth on that so I have some researching to do before buying an ivita 😂😆. The babyclon I think are legit at least for what I've seen. 😁💕

@@AllAboutNikkisDolls Silicone is amazing! The realism of a newborn feel is unreal. Once you buy a good silicone, you won’t want to go back to reborns. Quality makes all the difference so shop wisely. One company I know does copy others sculpts was Ivita. They bought reborn kits and reproduced into silicone. They continued for some time. Some don’t care and still buy but many frown more upon them than Babyclon. Babyclon made the one mistake and stopped. Ivita kept doing it. Just a FYI because your a newbie to the community. I’m very happy you are looking into things for yourself. Many new to Reborns don’t and just follow along with the rumors without knowing facts. Keep doing what your doing. I’m sure whatever you decide will be the right decision for you. My best to you in your search. 😊

Many years ago they were caught at at a major doll show by an artist who was able to show proof that they had copied and molded the limbs of some of her sculpts. I believe in years since they’ve gone legit with only using their own sculpts but their reputation is tainted from that and people who’ve been in the doll collector culture a long time do remember the scandal. I remember when the pictures came out and all the drama then ensued afterward. I’m not sure it’s real problem in some ways to buy legitimate original sculpts from them now since they aren’t hurting other artists in that way now, but they did profit in the past from some stolen work and I don’t know that they ever apologized or compensated that artist. in some circles it still does affect the ability to show or resell them in which case they can lose value as an investment in a collectors item. In the doll community being labeled an art thief or scammer or doing anything untoward is almost impossible to come back from. I struggle with baby clon because I really want one of their AI robotic dolls that have taken forever to come available as no one else is really making them and I collect robots as well as dolls. Still not sure I can justify purchasing anything from them while it’s still very tempting.
