My questions is why prophet Mohammed peace upon him said about 10 of companions that they will be in paradise for sure if GOD ensured in that verse all of them will go to paradise it doesn't make sense to me ! If GOD said they all shall go to paradise, all companions mentioned in that verse. Why did prophet Mohammed peace upon him specified 10 only? also those 10 companions are also mentioned in that verse.

Can someone explain to me why the Shia was so eager to continue to read the next verse? Because out of curiosity I went on to look up the next verse, and I kinda wished they would have let him continue to read the next verse as well. That next verse he wanted to read so bad after his false claim of the first verse 9:117 got debunked, would have even made him look more like a fool, as 9:118 only talks more about how forgiving Allah was to those people. Yazid send the commander but never commanded to kill Hussain radiallahu anhu. He actually cried when he heard of what the governor did to Hussain radiallahu anhu. However, one thing which can be pointed is that he still did not punish the governor. But it could be due to political pressure from Nawasib. Similar situation occured during the Khilafah of Ali radiallahu anhu. He actually did not punish the killers of Usman radiallahu anhu because he was surrounded by them. Also, he had to make one of the killers of Usman radiallahu anhu as the governor. We ask Allah to forgive him and be pleased with him. History is too complex. It's better we judge according to Quran and Sunnah.
