Shibuya Halloween Night Walk 2023 - Tokyo Walking Tour 4K60

Just happened to be in Tokyo for Halloween. Here's how the police control over thousands of people crossing Shibuya Scramble Crossing at a time. Unfortunately no events for Halloween in Shibuya this year, but it doesn't stop the droves of people coming to show off or see all the creative costumes.

Do you know why no Halloween events in Shibuya? What's that all about? Thank you for a walk down memory lane - I lived in Tokyo in the early 80s for a couple of years. Of course it looks entirely different now.
