Hal can't teach any of them really the best he does is connect players and coaches and give small advices like device changes. Otherwise anything more not only is he too busy but people will accuse him of favoritism. The hardcore JP apex players don't fuck around. A vtuber was suspended before for playing with a pro in ranked and she was accused of boosting and was forced to apologize. In reality she was just playing with her friend who happens to be a pro

hal's staff team kinda do get blindsided by past performances especially when it's at least 3 years difference and carry over into how they judge the player at present time in the case of dtto, if we are still talking at her past self, she's actually above Gorilla in skill but Gorilla still has some edge against Dtto in IGL in my honest opinion, the current dtto isn't the same as years ago...i would say she is eligible to get invited even by last year Vsai S5 standards present Dtto has her aggressiveness mellowed out to some degree and the current apex where pads dominate duels/battles and she is MnK and we also have other balances/additions to the game which makes her overall skill not that predator level anymore but still really strong so wishing dtto's vsai 11pts should be re-evaluated in the future

Dtto did participate in Vsai before(she actually won it), and she was definitely kind of too strong compared to the rest that time that's where I think Hal was basing it from. I think she had the most kills and most damage in competition by far while in 170 ping, she had like around 7k damage in 5 matches

Ditto it's just too strong individuals she can carry, she can do easy 1v3 and good decision making. I'm not talking gorilla can't do it, it's just ditto can do more than gorilla, and also it's gonna difficult for ditto to refill the squad with her point so high.

The nerf is not that much noticeable on PC. If you have been playing on a pad on the PC on ALC for a long time, it doesn't matter much. If you are on 4/3 classic settings then it will take some minutes to get used to it. However for console gamers who has .6 aa will become .3 aa in pc lobby. They will need more time to get used to it. For very new players on pad it won't mean much as they are starting from scratch.

Hopefully 7 is a lucky number. Funny enough APEX dropped out of Aki's mind until she got the invite. As a result she didn't do much practicing until the start of this month as July was full of things like HoloARK, a project she may have some involvement in setting up Well, I'm sure things will be amusing though victory would be a big surprise. I say in part as she has the Hololive debuff I do hope Aki gets a pad without drift as that may be the difference between victory and defeat

Anybody know how many pts a aki , reid, ebio team would have been ? Ebio looks to be diamond so i'm sure it would've been well under the 23 pts.

Both Reid and Kohaku are leaders. I think there was a minimum amount of points too, so you couldn't fall under 17. But theoretically, it would've been 9 (Reid), 7(Ebio), 3(Aki) = 19

@@StevenSteves dtto is actually easier to find. Just look for someone who fits the shoe during vsaikyo 1 and 2 haha hint 1: the flag in liquipedia hint 2: the K/D ratio hint 3: overall damage

akirose should try using MnK instead of roller. aim assist is nerfed a lil bit so i think there is less point for her to be forced using device she is not used to

MnK also getting buffed with removal of disruptions while being hit with no shield. This is honestly one of the biggest deal, MnK couldn’t compete against controllers in close range because of this exact issue. That being said… Aki should play with whatever she is most comfortable with. She is not here to carry, she just needs to reduce mistakes.
